Refund policy

At Cary Quilting Company, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If we've made a mistake in your order or sent you a defective product, simply return it to us just like you received it and we'll refund the cost of the item or replace the incorrect or defective product.

Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds on cut yardage, special orders, books, and patterns. Sales on these items are final.
