Create an Incubator Quilt for Wake Med Cary

Approximately 25 premature babies are delivered each month at Wake Med Cary Hospital. The Threads Committee is always looking for quilters to create incubator quilts for the preemie babies. Creating incubator quilts is an easy and fun way to help our local community hospital. This is an ongoing project!

Details:

• Quilts must be 36" x 36".
• Quilts must be made with quilt-shop-quality 100% cotton fabric. No flannel or minky can be accepted. They create potential problems with the incubator machinery. 
• Quilts must be made with 100% cotton batting.
• Quilts must be made with 100% cotton thread.
• Quilt colors and designs can be for a boy, a girl, or gender neutral. 
• Please launder your quilts with scent-free detergent and deliver them in scent-free bags.
• Please include a card or piece of paper pinned to your quilt with your contact information so you can be acknowledged.
• Bring your finished quilts to Cary Quilting Company, as we are a donation point.
