We founded Cary Quilting Company in January 2013 as a natural extension of our first company, Patchwork Memories, Inc., where a talented quilting staff created thousands of custom quilts from t-shirts and clothing from January 2006 through September 2015. Now, Patchwork Memories focuses exclusively on commissioned art quilts.
We have been fabric lovers for decades. It was a natural fit for us to begin sharing our love of fabric and quilting with other quilters by founding Cary Quilting Company. Classes and longarm quilting services are important parts of how we share quilting with our community.
In May of 2017, we expanded our shop from our original historic home in downtown Cary to a larger space full of natural light at Northwoods Market on Harrison Avenue in Cary.
