What is your return policy?

At Cary Quilting Company, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If we've made a mistake in your order or sent you a defective product, simply return it to us just like you received it and we'll refund your money or replace the incorrect or defective product. 

Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds on cut yardage, special orders, books, or patterns. Sales on these items are final.

How does shipping work?

We'll do our best to ship your package the same day you order. If we won't be able to ship within 3 business days, we'll let you know via e-mail.

Where are you located?

On 5/31/17, we will open at our new location: 935 N Harrison Ave, Cary, 27513.


What if I want something you don't have?

We add to our collection of fabric and notions all of the time. If there is something you haven't found while shopping with us, please let us know and we will try to order it for you and deliver it in just a few days.
