Sandi Shover

I have always been a creative person since I was a child, and I have explored and pursued artistic hobbies including photography, scrapbooking, drawing, crochet, and cross stitch. However, discovering a love of sewing in 2007 was a game-changer. I started sewing in order to make baby bedding for my 4th child (and 1st daughter), but I soon discovered all kinds of interesting things to make and all of the beautiful fabrics out there to use. Since then, I have made hundreds of projects including clothing, bags, quilts, and home dec items.

I am a middle school teacher (of almost 30 years) by profession, but creating beautiful and useful things is my passion (and keeps me sane). I love figuring out new techniques and interesting ways to combine fabrics to make unique projects. I’m very excited to share my love of sewing with you!
