Crown and Anchor Quilt Class with Marnet

Skill level: Confident or adventurous beginner and above. This class assumes you have a basic knowledge of your sewing machine,  including how to thread your machine and how to wind your bobbin. THIS  IS NOT A BEGINNING SEWING CLASS. 

Maximum enrollment: 6

Make the Crown and Anchor blocks and create a table  runner, large throw, or queen size bed quilt to showcase bold, fabulous fabrics.  Use up some of those wonderful fat quarters you have but don’t know quite  what to do with! The class will be geared toward constructing the large throw.  The blocks are large and construction is simple with a slight twist to the star  point sections. Designer Doug Leko has done it once again! In this two  session class you will improve your cutting and trimming skills, and learn a  way to cut Flying Geese and a few tips to solidify almost perfect seams. 

There will be homework between the classes. 

The Crown and Anchor Quilt Pattern by Doug Leko is required for this class.
