Vicki's "Peaks" quilt pattern finishes at 24" x 38". She suggest for best results to use ombre fabrics that transition across multiple colors, or multiple shades of the same color. To achieve the effect of glowing rectangles, choose ombre fabrics in bright or neon-like colors.
