Kim Smith - Bio
Kim has been sewing since she was a teenager. She began making clothing, but later in life discovered quilting and has made many quilts and small quilted projects. After visiting many quilt shops during her travels, she discovered ByAnnie patterns, exhilarated by so many different styles. During 2020, as COVID loomed, she was furloughed from employment, and decided the timing was perfect to jump into starting her first ByAnnie project! She enjoyed the detailed directions and found a respite from the world through sewing. Her entry even won in the monthly photo contest from ByAnnie! She has made over a dozen ByAnnie patterns, including many bags to organize her sewing supplies. She enjoys making memorable gifts for family and friends. Are the plentiful fabrics with their designs and themes too tempting to pass up? Make a bag for your friends, children, grandkids, or neighbors! ByAnnie bags also make great gifts for guys, as there are patterns for bags for computer chargers, toiletries, and pens or pencils!
