Row by Row 2018 - our group quilt!
We are so excited to announce our 2018 Row by Row project!
Our owner Julianne came up with a concept to include eight Raleigh and Cary Quilt Shops to offer up one spectacular Jimmy Buffett-inspired quilt. She worked with designer Sandy Fitpatrick of Hissyfitz Designs to share her ideas, and Sandy created the patterns for each shop. The shops all agreed on the same backgroud and tree fabrics, and then we were on our own to create the rest of our kits.
Once Row by Row begins on June 21st, you can collect free patterns or purchase coordinated kits from each shop to create your own music in paradise quilt!
Each shop will offer laser-cut kits and "flat" fabric kits for sale.
Musical notes are sold separately at Cary Quilting Company (and possibly at other shops too).
The font pack is included in Cary Quilitng's free pattern, if you want to add some writing to your quilt. Might we suggest your favorite beach, beach house, boat name, favorite island, or song lyrics or song title?
